Key Responsibilities:

​

As a Roofing Administrator at Oak Rose Exteriors, you will:

​

  • Provide crucial administrative support to streamline roofing operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every project.

  • Play a significant role in shaping our company culture, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where innovation and creativity thrive.

  • Serve as an appointment setter, scheduling consultations between sales staff and prospective clients, guaranteeing that crucial meetings are booked for the sales team.

  • Utilize our CRM system to input and manage client information, project progress, and communication history.

  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.

  • Prepare reports and documents as needed for internal and client communications.

  • Manage the process of pulling permits for roofing projects, ensuring adherence to local regulations and timely submission.

  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and orders, ensuring materials are delivered promptly.

  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the company.

 

 

Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

​

Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities

Experience:

 

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
